Excellent. Clean. Quiet. Super responsive team and maintenance. Wild design. Amazing rooftop and gym. Each unit is assigned to a different income class so there’s 3 levels of rents people pay. It’s income based but it’s priced is PER unit. So if you want a cheaper rate you have to wait until that level unit becomes available. Only challenge is parking lot doesn’t have enough spots for everyone.

Pretty New building from what I could tell. It seemed like something out of altered carbon. Security door with passcode for entry. Well lit in a busy but quite little neighbourhood.
