Their phone support is horrible. The woman who took my question about my scheduled installation spoke to me In a sharp tone from the moment she picked up the line. I couldn't finish my sentence before she aggressively interrupted, assuming she knew what I was going to say. She also showed no compassion when I asked if it was possible to move my installation a few days sooner, as I had been living with no water to flush toilets or shower. All I asked was if there have been any cancellations that I could take for a sooner connection, and she spoke to me like I was insane. God help these ignorant, unhappy souls.

I can't stand this water company. The customer service is the worst service I've ever had in my life. They just the laziest people that don't want to help, no skills, no knowledge and experiences! They just can't do anything to help or want to help at all! I recommend them to quit! And go do whatever better for their life!

They're awful. They're rates are super high. They need to test their water for quality. There's no low-income assitance programs, if they do they don't advertise it or make it readily available.

This place is very tricky company they bought it from east pasadena water Co. They lie too much to customers they have removed the help application because they never helped anyone giving them discounts for elderly and low income and limited income families so they are very bad company but because we have no other choice we have to suffer
