Very bad experience I've purchased 4 tires for the first time and I've received 2 FedEx said they delivered what they received. I am freaking out just need my money back ASAP

Ordered a tire through Walmart waited four days and ended up with a text saying that they could not ship to my address and cancel my order. I found the phone number for the company to call direct and I’ve been calling for two days straight and nobody picks up the phone and it says the mailbox is full.

Hey, I don't know what's with the LOW-STARs on some of these customer reviews, but I had a fantastic purchase/shipping experience (to my door) with Mega Auto Parts. I bought some Vercelli Strada II 's for my 2008 SRT Charger and they're awesome tires! They fit perfectly (P245-45R-20's), ride smooth/low noise, and are nice and "thick" in the wheel wells. I've got over 10,000 miles on them already and they are holding up great. We've had some hard rains down here in Florida, and the Vercelli's just laugh and roll....totally secure wet traction. In the dry, they hook, chirp, and go! Save total cash $$$ over, "Name Brand" tires--and get a set for your ride.

This is a sham company. Will lead you into making cash transfer to make online purchase. Will then attempt to convince you that making another cash transfer will authorize a refund by attaching a code with this transaction. Another process to take more money from the purchaser. Will not answer calls, will not deliver product that you pay for.

I ordered 4 tires from this place for my wife's car they only gave confirmation number received only 2 tires can't get a hold of anyone through phone or the wed site would really like my other 2 tires that I have payed for or a refund I'm going to give a few day's if no one contacts me then I will proceed with legal actions

I ordered tires from them on eBay. On April 23 UPS says a label was created and that the tires should be delivered on the 29th. I watch the tracking information and it doesn't not show that ups picked up my order. I contacted mega through eBay and they claim that they had been picked up from the warehouse. I called ups on the 29th and they show no record of receiving it. I have tried calling mega dozens of times and no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. Horrible service. Do not purchase from these scammers

I ordered 4 tires. They shipped right away or so I thought. They were supposed to arrive yesterday. I received 1 and fed x doesn't know where the other 3 are. I called Mega Auto and get voicemail saying Can't leave message it's full. I tried texting and emailing and still nothing. Called ebay and they said to give them a week to contact me. This is BS. They need to delete old messages so they can get new complaints. Do yourselves a favor and don't order from this company.
