When you get here, you can park in middle lane on vineyard , then walk to building it’s in the back , then somebody will be outside And they will grab ppw ,and you can go ahead and back in if nobody is backed in yet, they take first come first serve , it’s only room for one semi when you back in, you have to back in from the road…. they took 1hr for 8 pallets, they will come to you when they are done with ppw .

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. As an OTR truck driver I would recommend denying all loads here… give those loads to someone who doesn’t care about having to sit around for hours. I arrived here at 12:15 yesterday with a 1pm appointment time. By 3:30 I was backed into the receiver as they had finally called me, only to then be told there was a priority load after me and asked me to pull back out and either wait till they unloaded the next guy, which they estimated about 2 hours because he had a full trailer, or come back at 5 am and they would unload me before anyone else. My clock was low so I had to go park, and I returned back at 4:30am the following morning. They then proceeded to unload box trucks that pulled up rather than keeping their word and having me unloaded so I can get out of there. Now 6am and I am still waiting, as they keep asking me to wait a moment. I can’t explain my frustration to them, as they only speak Spanish, and the person I talked to yesterday, is not here today.

You have to back on from the street (53ft trailer) but they stopped traffic for me, they unload outside and are pretty quick. Park in the center lane and walk in to check in with them

It's was alright. Back in though I was going to get unload but not quite 😅 😕 the load up a box truck instead then got too me good think I only had 8 pallets

This place is not first come first serve got here early, and they refused to load me until my appointment time, even though they had no trucks waiting I had to come drive to the TA and wait for my appointment..!!
