Purchased a manual SMT machine from them, the SMT-PLC-3. It turned up broken due to poor packaging. It also was an incredibly poor quality build and looked like it had been made by a 5 yr old. They offered to send us the 3D print file to replace the broken part ourselves. We eventually returned at our cost and got a partial refund for this piece of junk. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered an expensive machine from them, and they packed it in very cheap Uline packaging. Manufacturer does not care about packaging and doesnt assume any responsibility for wrongdoing. In their own words: its not their problem
