Yes this place definitely uses temp workers with non or hardly any experience in a restaurant handling food .
They use Instawork who just sends random people to work for 18 a hour while talking on phones all day smoke breaks 50 percent of the worker wear gloves because you can’t see them their hidden in the room packing fruit or in the deli kitchen helping the real workers fulfill orders.
And the produce they get isn’t even theirs….its sourced from another company!!!
The food is good don’t get me wrong but if you saw the temp workers preparing it or handling your food with no gloves on after 10 minute smoke break you might second guess.
Just read the last years reviews!!!
Not friends and family the real people.
Lol

Save your money and don’t come here. They run on shady business practices. They underpay their workers, overwork them, and make broken promises. It is a toxic workplace environment because the owners have a god complex over the workers. They couldn’t care less about cleanliness, and more about if the job gets done. Random people are hired off an app Instawork everyday that give zero f’s about the job, and rightfully so because they will only be working their for a day or two. I don’t understand how people pay for the overpriced slop here. Their wholesale is a complete ripoff because they buy the product like apples for example, through it in a bag, and sell it for 2x the price. They do not run like a mom and pops restaurant, but more like a worse, more expensive, version of McDonald's.

This is a surprise. Just driving by, and here it is. Great help staff. Good, fresh food. I had the Mediterranean wrap. Excellent.

When you order tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who... that's me 😃

This place hires random people with no restaurant or hygienic practices.
They use their phones then cut vegetables or fruit . Not everyone wears gloves.
Even the Owner Cristina comes directly from outside and just starts handling food.
They pay people under the table when short staffed. Facts ….
So no telling who’s handling your food.
A lot of shady stuff going on.
No one washing the food has gloves on…
People packing fruit 50 percent no gloves.
Enjoy.

CHRISTINA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY and unfortunately it is her and her husband whom own the company (which run under a couple different buisness names... Washington Produce..The Prep Table...Four Corners Eatery) they're all the same company and have no other value or interest in making anything other than themselves happy and wealthy. The produce you have prepped for you is bought from the local Stater Brothers. I rather prep my own meals than support a local buisness like this!! In addition, they only hire illegals or kids whom are still in school to keep their wages low. Such a joke of a "buisness".

Every time that I order from The Prep Table is a good day! The quality of their produce and all other ingredients is great! The produce lasts much longer than that you get at a grocery store! You can't go wrong with any of their meals either. You are sure to find something for everyone!

In my last order there were a few items missed. I called and they delivered what was missing minutes later! Some of the best customer service in this industry! Also buying local and supporting local farms/businesses is a huge plus!!!

This was a very nice meal. We visited after a not so pleasing Dr visit at the Loma Linda V.A., not too far away. The meal was fresh, and Delicious. I would recommend the turkey and cranberry sandwich on squaw bread...lovely.
My daughter got the warmed roast beef on sourdough... Also delightful!
Just two lady veterans enjoying a pleasant afternoon outside social distancing on their patio. All-in-all, we would both do again.

I shop here constantly and have for many years at the other location. Tried too many things to list but everthing is fabulous and customer service is great! Their potato leek soup is something I can't live without and even a available prepared and frozen! Yum! Tried the single serve meal and I got two meals out of it. Do check your list of ingredients thoroughly though because I occasionally have had an item missing. They always rectify quickly. I can't recommend The Prep Table enough!
