If you're in the vending business—or even just considering jumping in—you need to know about Ross Vending. I can't stress enough how great Ross and Hugo have been. Not long ago, I hit a snag with one of the machines I bought from them. Instead of leaving me high and dry, they leaped into action, offering genuine support.

In the vending world, machines—be they new or refurbished—occasionally have issues. But while many companies leave you to fend for yourself when things go south, Ross Vending stands apart with resourcefulness and professionalism. They didn’t just send parts under warranty; they hopped on the phone with me to troubleshoot the issue directly. That kind of hands-on, immediate assistance is rare, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.

I ordered a refurbished machine and it arrived in about 3 days. It looked almost brand new. They are very helpful with how to load the product. They also sent without charge the shims you need to use cans instead of bottles. Robert is a great guy and he will take care of your vending needs. I recommend them highly.

Made contact with this business several times before I could get a price quote to look at and fix my coke can vending machine. Called their office twice and no response. Finally got a $250 quote to fix a problem that took less than 5 minutes to fix. Another business told me what to do to fix the problem. I would not use this business ever.

I highly recommend this place if you ever need a refurbished vending machine. They are reliable, and they take care of their customers. Marc and his brother seem like nice people.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They did a service call gave me an invoice, cashed the check made out to Ross Vending. Our machine breaks, his response is that they do not do service calls! I ask about the cashed check and his response is he probably cashed it for one of his employees. Well that is not way to run a business, to let your employees use your business name and then deny all responsibility.
