For my fellow big rig drivers, it is a tedious parking situation. Make sure u pull up beside bldg before pulling in, cause ur gonna have to back in from the street and thru general parking lot. They have 4 docks, 2 on each side facing each other. Newbies will have a more difficult time but it is doable, just be patient and take your time. Other than that, staff is very friendly and loading is very swift. Good luck!

Fortune Avenue Foods' potsticker products are bomb! We buy them frozen all the time and have never been disappointed. I see a few reviews about trucks at their building having issues but honestly that doesn't take away from the fact that their products -from a customer's point of view- are fantastic!!!

They need serious sense of coordination between their employees.. truckers make sure you guys call them before you come here.. there product is never ready on time.. so be prepared to spend at least half of your day here.. Goodluck!!

I had gotten severely ill from food poisoning very shortly after consuming some Kahiki Pork Potstickers manufactured by Fortune Avenue Foods. This happened back in mid-February. After months of trying to get someone to assist with the large medical bill incurred from this illness, likely due to the product, I finally heard today that they don't believe it was their product and will not assist at all.

I provided as much information as I was able and got nowhere. The "icing" on the proverbial cake was that I was sent a coupon for one (1) free Kahiki product. I will not be buying any Kahiki product in the future.
