I've known Tanya and Sergio for quite some time as they used to be located on 2nd St. They have always treated me well and I tip them for great service and will continue to do so. Just ordered my wife a 3 wheeler, and just waiting for arrival. 🙂

Unfortunately very poor service, I gave them multiple chances to redeem themselves. Dropped off my bike, and it took 36 days to get it back. I was told it would take "a couple days" finally I went in person to pick it up and they said they would, "do it now and have it done before closing." Not sure why they waited a whole month to do something that took a couple hours. I asked them to replace the cassette, chain, brakes, tires, bar tape and do a tune up. When I got it back they said they didn't have a cassette or chain so they couldn't do it (you'd think in 36 days they could have ordered one) the bike is a 21 speed and now my lowest 7 and highest 7 gears rub and don't work. Best part? They charged me $106! I am very unhappy with their service, and not to mention the woman at the counter was very difficult to deal with, and aggressive. Wish a locally owned store could do better for their customers, I wanted to support them but because of that i'm stuck going to another bike shop that is going to cost me a few hundred more to fix the problems they created.

This place may seem like a hole in the wall, but they do good work. I stopped in needing 2 new tires and tubes for my bike. They fixed it for me while I waited and even adjusted my chain etc for free. Quick and reliable service at a family shop! 7/30/2015

Brought my bike on Monday and they said it would be ready by Wednesday before they closed and they would call me but nothing so I called Thursday morning to check and no answer all day. Then they tell me the shop was closed on Thursday come to find out Saturday and Sunday now closed. Bike brand new just bought from Walmart and needed a simple tune up. Very disappointed should have just taken it to finish line. Now let me see how much they try and charge me 😡

At first, I was happy with the quality of work and short waiting time. I took my bike there to have them repair a flat. But after being charged for a "puncture resistant" tube with slime, I took my bike home and had a flat within two days. I only ride my bike on the road, which is relatively debris free. The same thing happened several times and I naively thought I was just unlucky for too long. Turns out they don't check the tire to remove problematic debris after a puncture. I also suspect that while they charged me for a thicker tube and slime, they only patched my old tube. Don't take your bike here unless you want to be robbed blind. They'll do it with a smile on their face, too.

There are two people behind the counter the man is very kind and friendly but the woman Is mean and has an attitude. They charge you at the final moment for tax and labor which caught me off guard becuase I brought what was needed to pay for the parts only. Very bad service waiting takes too long and woman is

I went in to fix my seat, and the lady behind the counter said she’ll fix it, so she started to try and fix it but then these other customers came in and she left my bike all alone until I asked if she was going to be able to help me at all, then she told me in Spanish that if I quit bothering her, maybe she’d fix it, I waited about 10 more minutes and I decided I didn't want her to fix it anymore because I had no time, so I politely asked her if I could leave and come back tomorrow but she said “I don't ever want to fix your seat anymore” even though the owner is really nice his wife is evil and has a lot of attitude
