Edit - Owner reached out to intimidate me into taking this down. Telling me I won't receive the refund I was guaranteed if not. When I refused - went MIA.

Malcolm from Newland Industries was very nice and attentive at first. I was guaranteed a 5 day turnaround, it was nearly two weeks - for a screen printing sample. I paid for screen printing, they did a heat transfer, lied to me telling me it was screen printing, and charged me a screen fee. Not only was it incorrect, the quality was terrible. Absolutely terrible. Everything that could have been wrong was wrong. I was offered an immediate refund. It's been weeks. I've contacted and contacted and nothing in return. If you are thinking about bringing your work here, don't.
