I have dealt with this company a few times. My latest time working with them I was helped by Lany. She did a fantastic job of customer service and making our hat development process as easy as possible. Due to my great experience with Lany, I will always do my hat business with Reach and will recommend them to anyone who needs hats done. Couldn't be more pleased with doing business with them and they are miles better than any other manufacturing company I have dealt with.

Updated Review (2/2020): Masa over at Reach helped make the situation right and they've been much better to work with. There has been a subsequent order since the one described below and that went well.

Hats that were produced did not match the sample hat that was approved. Embroidery on patch making up our logo was too thick, making it look sloppy/difficult to read. Took an additional 5 weeks+ to receive our hats due to the fact they are done in China. When bringing these concerns to their attention Masa, the account guy we've been dealing with, has not been very pleasant to deal with. "We'll fix it next time" was what we were told. Why do you think there would be a next time This has been an awful experience. (Ordered the hats on March 4th, didn't receive them until June 10th and that was with expedited air shipping.)

Having been steered towards ReachMFG by a trust resource and now having placed two orders with them, I'm finding it exceedingly hard to consider alternative sources for head ware orders. Sure, the first order was slightly rocky, but the ReachMFG team made it right on the 2nd go around, thus making them my go to vendor for all head ware orders.

After receiving a sample hat where my logo was not made to specs; square but designed with rounded corners, colors in logo that were not in the proof. We get things right. So here waiting as is process for production and nothing. Production time runs it’s course and no product. Even after an in house visit while in LA where they have a dope showroom they drop the ball.
