I ordered wholesale fabric from fabric selection and it was a struggle all the way through. I'm giving 3 stars for the quality of the items but logistics and online ordering was not great and the shipping was more than half the cost of the items. Individuals in customer service were good but the way things are processed required a lot of back and forth, filling out PDFs etc. The website wouldn't process my sample order (which seemed like good prices but then shipping was crazy high) so I had to go back and forth several times to get the order through. For my actual order I received no shipping information for a >$1000 order and just crossed my fingers that it would arrive. Finally, I paid the full invoice before they would fulfill the order and now over a month later they're requesting I pay the remaining balance THAT I ALREADY PAID. Disorganized, antiquated systems. Definitely do not recommend unfortunately because the fabrics were really unique.

The fabric arrived quickly and with labels as usual along with all fabrics neatly wrapped in bags. I love the new bags! It was so nice to open the big box and see everything protected from the elements and organized. The labels and packaging really make orders from Fabric Selection stand out. I shop here with confidence often and may have a done a little happy dance when opening this shipment!!

Ordered several bolts of fabric and have found multiple holes and stains throughout the rolls. Very disappointed. Not a very well organized company. Will never be ordering from here again and woild never recommend.

I've been a customer since 2019. Always great quality fabric. Shipping is crazy fast. Prices are good and Customer service is always excellent. Jessica is super helpful! Being a small business right now is difficult. It makes it a little easier to deal with companies that appreciate your business and take care of their customers.

I like shopping this site for my basic fabrics as they show a more reasonable price and a lot of variety. I have had an order once a year or two back, where the fabric was very dirty (white polka dot mesh) but they replaced it quickly which i appreciated. I recently made an order for cable knit and got the notification that my package was shipping and noticed one of my items was missing from it. I had to do some digging and figured they didn’t have the inventory to fill my order. I was more upset that i didn’t get an actual email with an apology that they couldn’t fill that item from my order or that they were out of stock. I would’ve preferred them ask if i wanted to replace it with something else.

Found by mistake. They treated me as if I were someone important. Although I didn't have a huge order, you would have thought, I had spent thousands of dollars. Although I pay for shipping when I order, the prices are good as well as the service and quality of fabric.
