Nora flush mount LED fixtures installed by builder (2018) are starting to burn out after only 5 years (were supposed to last 15 years?) Nora discontinued the model that we have, so we have to compromise with the replacements (either wrong CCT or wrong Lumens), which are SIGNIFICANTLY MORE EXPENSIVE than normal light bulbs. Would much rather have light bulbs than these stupid flush mount LED fixtures…

One of the recessed LED lights in our closet started flickering. Probably not the switch. So I drop it down to see if I can order a replacement.

Being that our house is newer I figured it could be covered under warranty.

So I called Nora Lighting and someone picked up, quickly and politely transferred me to warranty; where the guy said “send me a pic, your address and we will send a new one right out”

Super refreshing to have a customer service issue handled well.

This place should be shut down. We have lights at Home Depot. !! My husband is being in danger by going to work being revealed and or contaminated with bacteria in the air. Please stop thinking about the money and start thinking about people I need my husband home and safe. Please and thank you!

If I could give this light negative 5 stars I would. Exit light will not mount properly. It is lose and hideously unbalanced. This product is absolute garbage. NX-812-LED

The woman on the phone was rude and very short with me and kept interrupting me as I was talking. I only was asking who to email my order to and she kept cutting me off. Not good customer service.
