This was absolutely delicious and amazing. From the creamy flavor and to the perfectly cooked salmon that absolutely fills you up and makes its price worth. Absolutely coming back for more and really enjoyed the appetizers, bread and butter. Amazing customers service and atmosphere. One of the best hidden gems in Little Tokyo!

This restaurant served me some of the best food I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant, it’s delicious!! The staff was also one of the kindest I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is outstanding as well. The dim lights really adds to the cozy atmosphere.

Pasta e Pasta by Allegro offers a delightful atmosphere with excellent service. The waitress was notably helpful. The menu features a good variety, and our choices, the carbonara pasta and Mentai Japanese cream, were flavorful, creamy, and rich. The dishes were of high quality with generous portion sizes. I highly recommend this place.

I’m from Japan and I’ve missed Japanese style Italian food - this is as close as it gets. Delicious, savory and not too sweet, just good pasta. The uni cream pasta was new to me and delicious. I went with a group of friends and we all tried each others pasta’s, I recommend any of the cream ones or the dish with the seafood and clams!

This restaurant is tucked away from the busy part of Little Tokyo. We walked in at 6:30pm on a Thursday and were seated immediately. We came here for the famous uni pasta and mentai japanese cream pasta. Both were creamy, rich, and filled with umami. The mentai japanese cream one was slightly more fishy than the uni one. Can we talk about the portion sizes? Each plate of pasta was huge! Great value for the price.

All pastas come with complementary sad and bread. Save some of the bread to soak up all the pasta sauce!

What we really loved was the food.

We got the Mentai, and the Salmon, cream and spinach pasta. 👌🏽My only comment about the Mentai, is that I expected to taste the cod roe a bit more.

We also appreciated that they started us off with a complementary side salad and small ciabatta roll.

Prices were reasonable. Their $7 dollar white wine was also quite nice. Overall great experience and food, I wasn’t even sad that they don’t have a dessert menu. Mad respect. 🫡

Vibe was unpretentious and staff were very nice. 😊

came here for the first time and it wont be my last.

Before diving into the pasta, can I just give a major shout out to the chicken gizzard for the appetizer. The gizzards are so tender. it is great on its own, but i tried it with the bread and dipped into the broth/stock....all i have to say is, I died and came back to life.

ordered their specialties: Uni pasta and Mantai pasta. both are so delicious. both are creamy and the Uni pasta is a but more cheesy then the Mantai. I am sure there are other reviews rave about these two dishes, and yes they are worth the hype.

next time I will order the chicken gizzards again 100%, and interested to try their other pasta dishes!
