Came here because the reviews looked good but the work didn’t feel like it was worth 5 stars.
I paid $5 per shirt to be ironed and pressed so there are no wrinkles but half of them had the wrinkles…
I will pass and go somewhere else if possible

The quality of their work is simply outstanding. My clothes came back looking brand new, with no stains or wrinkles in sight. It's clear that they take great pride in their work and pay attention to even the smallest details. The turnaround time was also impressive, as they managed to have my items ready for pickup earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend!

I strongly advise against using this place. I dropped off my wife’s dress, and when we came to pick it up, it was damaged in the front and back. Despite providing photos of my wife wearing the dress the night before, clearly showing it was not damaged, they claimed the damage was pre-existing. The dress was shipped to a facility in downtown LA without our knowledge, and we were pre-charged for the dry cleaning service. Their photos were taken at a place in downtown LA the day after we dropped off the dress in Venice. We believe the dress was damaged sometime between drop-off and when they took their photos.

To add to the frustration, my wife received a call from a staff member who initially acknowledged that the damage wasn’t visible in their photos but later denied having the conversation.

Their customer service is severely lacking. The dress was dropped off on 6/26/24, and as of today, 7/9/24, we still do not have the dress back or a claim form. We spoke to the staff member there twice in person and they refused to let us speak to a manager over the phone, telling us the manager would say the same thing and advising us to send an email instead. We are considering further action against this company. This shop is a front for some other place that actually does the dry cleaning in downtown LA. Do not trust them with anything of value.

has anyone else experienced Cleaners LA losing their tailoring (was apparently stolen from their van) and then not being compensated whatsoever or even received a response with updates on the insurance claim they said they had made? Very disappointed with their customers service. As a person working in fashion and a nearby resident, it’s very disappointing when I expected to do regular business here

Don't trust this place with anything that you care about. I dropped off a very good quality (hugo boss) suit for dry cleaning a few weeks ago and got it back and several of the buttons were damaged. While I understand that no business is perfect, this cleaners did not even so much as apologize, take responsibility, or offer to fix it. Instead the guy working there blamed hugo boss, blamed me, and offered to fix it for a fee if I could go to hugo boss and find the buttons. I will not be returning and neither should you.
