Very poor service attitude. Due to a problem with the target machine, the target paper was stuck in the front and could not be returned. They only assist in changing the target position and do not compensate for a target paper. I could only use a friend's target paper, which I paid for. Yes, after the shooting, ask the counter staff if they can help take back the target paper stuck in front as a souvenir? In the end, I was laughed at. Of course I knew that the shooting line could not be crossed casually, so I asked the professionals: "I have been a soldier and I know the dangers."

When paying, he threw my passport on the ground🙄

This place is fantastic.
From the moment you come in they help you pick a gun appropriate to your interests.
I am a complete novice and they helped me step by step along the way.
They are able to facilitate large groups as well.
If you are looking for an interesting outing in downtown LA and never thought that shooting is your thing give this place a go.

⚠️EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF‼️‼️‼️
I come here with three friends, a friend and I do not know that we should bring our ID cards. We met three Chinese and they agreed to bring us in. The staff saw them and asked them if they knew us. They said yes. Then he said none of u are allowed in 🤣 After that he kept speaking ill of us with other stuff, which made us very uncomfortable. I whispered to my friend that his was so rude. Then he went mad, drove us off, and said if we continued to stay here then our friends were forbidden to play here as well...

I'm a Army Veteran and gun owner so its safe to say I'm familiar with Guns. This place does not take care of their guns they often jam. Poor customer service once you ask for help. Huge rip off on the prices with many hidden fees. This place is for tourist who do not know any better..I recommend LAX range. Save your money.

First time and ONLY time i wanna fire a load of guns in USA. I will stick to call of duty in future BUT rental for guns approx 10-40 dollars dependent on calibre of gun. While 25 dollars to shoot and about 24 -40 dollers per round so 50 bullets.
Time goes fast so pace yourself and take your time.
Must try though!!

A real good range with pretty fair ammo prices and a huge selection of rentals. It’s the most amount of guns to choose from that I’ve ever seen at any gun range.

Great customer service and it’s pretty straight forward. Sign the waiver, pick your ammo, guns(unless you brought your own) and you’re ready to go. When I went there was someone from staff that was on range at all times which is great for preventing inexperienced shooters from unintentionally messing with other patrons.

Just fyi, Targets don’t have clips for the bottom edges of the paper so that means the bottom can possibly swing back and forth when you shoot at it. Also I love that you can shoot your shotguns here with their ammo slugs & I believe target has to be at least 7 feet from muzzle.

The range technology is very old school but still reliable. Parking was somewhat limited, but it was wide open on a mid day weekday. Overall great experience and I’ll definitely come back again.

An amazing place with great employees who not only help you with everything even if you’re unfamiliar with guns, but are also very friendly (yet professional). They have a pretty good selection of guns and the prices are also okay for LA. I liked that there wasn’t any explicit time limit as well as getting eye and ear protection. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend this place to everyone
