I’m Chinese and Im definitely returning here for all my bicycle needs. This place is the real deal. Just wait your turn to be helped, just like a doctors office it might take time but this is the bike doctor. I needed pedals Friday night at 7pm and this place saved the day! I just pointed to the bike my daughter has and asked for pedals, the guy dug thru a box for a couple minutes and promised it was the right one, even explained it to me why it was the right set. I paid cash and was out the door in less than 5 min. It’s a small bike store but looks like they’ve got everything you could possibly need.

Ordered a wheel took a few days to get a tracking number, and emailed them just to ask when it would be shipped out, they let me know that the delay was because the hub I ordered for my wheel build was out of stock but offered me an upgrade to the bsd revolution hub which is a substantial upgrade. Shipped it out on Tuesday got it on Wednesday. Appreciate them for the upgrade! And making everything work out

Ordered a hard to find frame...they offered a discount and shipped quickly. They seem like a small, mom/pop operation, so don't expect your email to blow up with order updates, shipping confirmations and everything in 24-72 hours. I called the main shop, they connected me to the folks handling my order. Got a confirmation it was all good. UPS dropped it off 10 days later, including Memorial Day weekend, so 7 days and you should get your order. What's not to like? I'm super pumped and wouldn't hesitate to order. Again, don't expect Amazon level engagement on email and whatever. I called, they answered and took good care of me. Ride safe!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. I HIGHLY recommend not dealing with this store! First of all, getting through to someone that deals with online sales is near impossible, then once you finally do get through, they couldn’t care less. I asked when they would ship my items since it was about a week with no shipping label, and he responded “I’ll get to it tomorrow or the day after”. 3 days later they finally shipped it…

Calling the store for help turned out to be just as bad, and even some attitude. It’s like they’re doing me the favor, even though I’m paying?! Do yourself the favor and just order elsewhere, you will thank me later. Check the other reviews, just as bad. TRUST US

Busy shop ; crank busters bmx bike crew comes here and always feels welcoming; oriel can get any part for you if not in stock ; I recommend going in person ; they are quick , careful and efficient when installing parts ; no over pricing
