I made the right decision choosing Select Solar Pros over another company. They made the process very smooth and easy. Communication was great. They ensure customer is updated on every step. It’s been 9 months since our system was installed and they still reach out to ensure everything is working well. Going solar will save you money in electricity and at the same time helping save our environment. From the very start, working with Rick De La Rosa, the process was very smooth. Rick explained everything during the next meeting and showed examples of what the panels would look like, and how many I would need.
My panels were installed after I had some minor structural repairs to the roof. The installers came, and in a few hours, my panels were up. When they left, my yard looked just like it did before they came; completely clean!
My customer service contact was Kymberly. Hands down, she is the best! Every week, even if the information was the same, I received a text message. Every time I had a question, she would text me back the same day or call.
PG&E was the only bad factor in this process. It took them months longer than expected to switch me over to Solar.
I would definitely refer Select Solar to anyone that is looking for Solar Panels

Select Solar was the best decision we made for our home and life style, from lief the gentleman that was our initial contact person, the installation team, the project manager team, the inspectors and Kymberly who works in office we have absolutely no complains, from beginning to end we were always informed of all the steps that were going to happen. Questions we had were always answered in detail we were never left with unanswered questions. The best part was they looked to find us the best plan for our budget and made us feel very comfortable and secure in the investment so If there is anyone looking for Solar this is the company to use. My wife and I recently purchased a new home and decided that going solar made sense. We contacted Justin at Select Solar Pros, having been referred to him by our realtor. He was very thorough in reviewing various options with us, including pricing, financing and warranties. Justin and his team were great to work with throughout the process. Our system was installed in early June and we could not be happier with the overall process and the resulting savings on our PG&E bill. We highly recommend that anyone considering solar first speak with Justin before making any sort of a commitment with another company.

We had solar on our previous house in Tracy and wanted to add solar to our new house here in the foothills. We know what kind of impact it has on the environment and not to mention, the electric bill. Justin with Select Solar Pros was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Unfortunately, because of the number of trees around our house, solar is just not a good fit for this location (unless we want to remove some trees). However, we were very impressed with Select Solar Pros and highly recommend them (Justin) if you are considering solar for your home. Their pricing is very competitive and they truly put the customer first! I highly recommend them if you are considering solar for your home!!!

I was approached by sales person, Josh Silva and he was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The whole process was seamless and I was contacted via text each week by Kimberley with an update of my solar install. Whole process took 4 months from start to finish.
