I've been driving past the sign all year and finally gave in to my curiosity. Honestly shocked at how good the selection was. Valentine's Day and a male relative's birthday are both coming up and I'll definitely be coming back to buy a present more interesting and more welcomed than anything else I could have found. Maybe ground goat meat or the "cowboy candy" jerky they have. They had a great selection of sausages made in-house. A real Sonoma County gem.

The best sausage in town. When I need sausage, breakfast, hot Italian, mild italian, whatever it may be, this is my go-to spot. My new favorite is the spicy bacon bombs. Oh my goodness, it's so good, country style pork rib wrapped in bacon, spicy, salty, sweet, simply perfection. They have a huge variety of meats you won't find at the grocery store, alligator, boar, venison, and so much more.

They have bathrooms--2 for public use
They have a little area where they have a donkey and some pigs in a cup of goats and chickens which is cool for the kids to see or your dog if you bring your dog to visit buddy...
And the meat products here are Paramount.
I've been coming to Bud's meats now for 25 years and I think that it is worth every dime you spend.
I even get dog bones--you can buy a larger bone and then they'll cut it for you if that's what you need.
You'll never be disappointed with any cut of meat that you get when you go to Bud's meats.
That little table on the outside so if you want to sit while somebody else goes in and peruses the selection that's fine.
Whatever you are going to have/a barbecue shopping here will get the best selection of meat in Sonoma county...

The butcher at Whole Foods recommended Bud's for organ meats, so I went looking for beef heart to add to my dog food recipe. Nice selection of game meats, if you're into that, as well as great-looking pieces of cowboy cut and other steaks. Super helpful woman gave me some background on what they do and showed me their selection of meats. I wasn't expecting such a large selection and was a little overwhelmed. Will definitely go back to try some of their sausages.

First time here and the staff was extremely helpful showing me their wide array of meats, both ranch raised and wild game alike. I settled on the Kahlua and coffee tri-tip steak. The prices seem extremely competitive considering the quality, selection, and marinating ingredients!

First time to Buds really excited! Have been buying their meat at Farmers Markets all over North Cal. Must try if you want fresh meat package seasoned meat too. The southwest chicken is a must!! Pricing is reasonable.

I called to order 10lb custom cut of the Hawaiian style short rib ($7.99/lb)When ask can I pick it up they said it can be done by tomorrow. The lady even confirmed my custom order by asking the thickness of the cut again. I went there to pick up the next day. The bill come out to be about $91 and I ask is there a cutting fee cause I only order 10lbs. It should be about $80 and she said sometime it’s can be a little less or over the order. I find that kinda weird because it’s over 1lbs different but I paid and picked up the meat. When I opened it at home, I realized that they did not custom cut my meat but just grab bunch of old meat that was previously cut and packed to individually sale in the store. They just grab 5-6 pack to add it up to roughly around 10lbs to sell it to me. The meat looks like they have sit in it own blood for a long time. The package also did not have a packaging date. I think I got better meat at local Mexican market (Lolas). Additionally, the cashier is very unfriendly and have a bit of attitude. Very disappointed for local business experience. I thought that I’m gonna get farm to table experience.
