Simple stuff like you get a pair of pliers and a package for for a oil filter. You go to your vehicle. You try it on the oil filter. It doesn't work to get the filter off. You wipe it off. No discoloration. No broken nothing. You put it right back in the package. You bring it back well guess what? What do you have the receipt or not? You bought it. I have never experienced that with any other auto parts store and I was in auto parts for 10 years with city automotive and I was a lead guy there. So no I wouldn't go here to get auto parts even though they do have a nice variety of stuff there I would head down somewhere else

Every time I have come here I have received a smile, helpful information, and speedy service. The manager helped me order the right part for my car and even helped me know what to do to make the part last longer. Been on the river for ten years and am so glad they’re a part of our community.

I purchased 2 deep cycle die hard batteries, with in 1 year one went bad, exchanged them again, this is all while we’re trying to camp with my toddler now. We live in the Bay Area. So today I tried to return them because defected. Mind u it’s only been less than 2years I’ve purchased 4 die hard batteries and the chick today wouldn’t give me my money back.

Sarah , Luna and Erin are totally awesome employees and have the best customer service. They knew exactly what I needed when I had an electrical / mechanical failure on my trailer. With there customers service, I was able to get replacement parts . Repairing my trailer with my daughter turned into the best mother daughter date ever!! Thanks ladies!
