Great church I'm sure. But in early 70's, was home to Jim Jones followers and his congregation before fleeing to South America. This is where Jones FAKED getting shot, than died, but miraculously rose HIMSELF from the dead, proclaiming himself to be the 'Messiah.'
As of the mid 90's, it still had the relics of prison guard towers posted around the property (in case ANYONE got any ideas on sneeking off). Also, at the rear of the property at the banks of the river is an auto grave yard. Cars, stacked atop each other buried under layers of earth. These are believed to not only belong to members of Jones's congregation, but to the victims who TRIED to escape his following.

Love this church, they are real. Your greeted when you walk in the door with true love of God, Pastors Jack & Sharon are amazing!! if you need a church this is it. Real Pastor speaking the truth not no sugar coating.
