Surface Mount Solutions did a custom 4chip SOP32 rework of a large Agilent CPU board for me. I've sent them half a dozen different small production runs and one large production run, and they did a great job every time, except for swapping two component once, which they quickly fixed and made up for. They even accommodate trimming thousands of through hole pins before solder, so I don't have to later. It's a pain to find good vendors and they do good work.
