My furnace needed the faulty gas valve replaced. It costs $120 online. I thought I was getting good service from the way they took my call. The first day, two weeks ago, three people called and said someone would be there that day or the next, to assess the situation. Nothing happened, and follow up calls from me went to voicemail. Then a week later a very nice sounding lady said, Thursday the serviceman would be there at 11, if he could squeeze it in between calls. And if he could not, He had a firm appointment for 11 a.m. the next day, Friday. No show on either day! So if I could give zero stars I would, but since that is not possible, I reluctantly give them one. May they freeze as I have without a furnace.
