We had an amazing experience at Work Horse Bicycles in Monterey! They did a fantastic job with the 30-day check-up and tune-up on both my bike and my wife’s bike, which was free because we purchased our bikes from them. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly.

I admittedly don't know a lot about bikes, but I needed mine put together and some basic gear to go with it. They did the assembly at a reasonable price, and then Sean proceeded to listen to my needs and recommend effective low-cost options rather than upsell me (which I would have likely fallen for). Good selection, good service, and great people. I will absolutely be going back here.

I recently went to Work horse to get my bike tuned up and was blown away by the service I received from Ron. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my bike was in perfect condition.

I told Ron that I was planning on doing a long bike ride the same day and he took the extra time to make sure my bike was up for the challenge. He checked everything from the brakes to the gears and even gave me some tips on how to keep my bike in good shape.

I highly recommend work horse and Ron to anyone looking for excellent bike service. He is a true asset to the shop and I will definitely be going back for all my future bike needs.
