Stay away from these people they are scam artists. Shady people! They should be ashamed of themselves! How they get away with stealing people's money is beyond me. No accountability! They will have you return items just to keep you money anyway. Don't buy anything from them!

SCAMMERS AVOID! I ordered 4 and half months ago the delivery company stated they don't even receive the parcel and now that I am asking for my money back they're ignoring me!! And before you guys come out with the same excuses I am a real person no fake account and if I am not one of your customers is because you just still my money without even send what I ordered. Ordered a high value product that was "in stock" on the website. No news of shipping, or update to the tracking page for 7 days. Contacted customer service, they did respond telling me that the product I ordered was out of stock and several week wait time until more product arrives. They offered me a refund which I happily accept. However no refund ever happed. After several emails asking for the refund with no replys, I contacted my bank and got the credit card payment reversed. Hopeless company to deal with, would not recommend buying from them at all. Wish I had read the other negative reviews before going onto their website. Buyer beware.

Wish I could give them zero ☆'s as they are not a good company. My order was delayed for 2 mos. I had to report them to the BBB and have my $$$ refunded. The person that responded to my emails was rude and unprofessional.

Knife I ordered came with the tip bent, edge was dull. Paid half the price of the knife in shipping. No response from customer service. Really a terrible company shame there one of the few places to get victory knives

Horrible customer service! For some reason their website didn't like my zip code and prompted me to call them to complete my order. Upon calling I was told to try another browser as they ship to my address PO Box or otherwise. A different browser on a different computer got me the same prompt. Again I contacted their customer service (this time by email) to address the issue. The response was that "their system was not set up to use USPS but rather UPS and to use a physical address instead. Entering my physical address into their website gave the same result as before. At this point I simply did a Google search for the exact item I was trying to buy from them and in under 90 seconds found it with another company, put it in the cart, checked out and had an order confirmation number. I responded to their previous email with my alternate addressing results and stated that I had no more time to figure this out and would go elsewhere. Today I received a snarky email from them that stated: "Sadly your the only person having a problem" (and yes the person misspelled you're in their response).
