AVOID JCL TRAFFIC! The staff lies, everyone claims to be a manager, they have non-existent phone manners, and they will retaliate if you don't order immediately. Their service is abysmal, and they prioritize big orders over honest customers. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

I came to JCL Traffic to order a custom double-sided PVC sign for $32 (including tax). As a volunteer for a community NGO, I appreciated the quoted price and 3-day turnaround. Unfortunately, due to the NGO's slow approval process, I couldn't place the order until over a month later. When I returned, Julia disregarded our previous agreement, suggesting they might charge me double for the same sign! She saw the order in the system but continued with this nonsense, trying to upcharge me, so I reluctantly paid $35 to avoid disappointing the NGO. I placed the order on a Tuesday and was told to call by the end of the week to check if the sign might be ready.

I called to check on my sign's status only to be put on hold for 20+ minutes. The place was EMPTY during my visits, so this was completely unacceptable. When Joy finally returned, she rudely informed me that my order placed "2 days ago" wouldn't be ready next week. Frustrated, I demanded a refund, to which she unhelpfully responded that she didn’t think they could do that. I threatened to dispute the charge with my bank.

Then, I received a call from Julia, who contradicted everything she had previously said and claimed my sign would take 2 weeks due to "large companies and city orders taking priority." She even mentioned that my sign was already printed, but I still had to wait 2 weeks to get it! Julia was rude, unprofessional, and had zero phone etiquette, even ending the call with "Is 5 o'clock, we are closed, you still want your sign or nah?"

Upon visiting again to speak with a manager, Julia brought out Joy, who claimed I had canceled my sign. They rudely refunded my money with a "we don't want your business" attitude.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. As a community volunteer, I rely on professional services to support our initiatives. Unfortunately, JCL Traffic has proven to be unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly disrespectful. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice and choose a company that values its customers.

Y'all. Seriously. This company is THE BEST for ANY traffic-related signage. Just the sweetest owner!! Very quick quote & response & my favorite is how *personal* the owner is -- in a nice way! Turns out he, too, can relate & he *might* through in a little personalized extra for you (no promises!). Just! Amazing! For what it's worth -- I am not a business, but I am an actual customer. So, don't be afraid to try the B2B route -- he's a great B2C resource! Love you!!
