This store manger HORRIBLE don’t care about employees. It’s been 3 hrs since the local pipe has leaked and there no restrooms, no fresh water to wash your hands available in the del monte shopping center at all. Majority of the stores are close cause of it. Management was telling employees to use the restroom up the street at the gas station. Idk about you guys isn’t this California labor law issue?

Came in to get gifts for my mom and sister. Was a little optimistic on where to go or who to ask help from. But Alejandra saw me standing and immediately asked me if I needed help. She was very quick and professional. She even offered to find nicer bags for the items I bought and added complimentary gifts. 👍🏽

They are unorganized and can't even answer their goddamn phone. They never have anything you want in stock. Good luck finding anything in genuine leather. Skip this place.

Fascinating department stores that contains eve Trung you would look for . Fancy and top brand names of clothing , absolutely stunning bedding and huge collections of kitchenware. Highly recommend this place plus they totally have excellent customer service

If you go to Macy's makeup department I would look for Caitlin she's awesome! Well the other two women there snubbed my sister. She was friendly and very helpful!

It's not what it once was. Still has the brands & Great deals, but the store isn't as organized, elevator smells, and the escalator hasn't worked in at least a couple months (maybe a lot longer).
