Driver parked across 2 handicap spots. I felt it was fair, as a handicap driver who had to go park somewhere else, to nod disapprovingly. Apparently the driver took offense to a non verbal nod and got confrontational. He then proceeded to dismiss that handicap people should park there and question my disability. All in front of the business owner he was delivering to.

Completely gross let alone illegal.
