The two women who work here are horrible. They spoke things about me and my child in Spanish, thinking I didn't understand 🤨. Like, hello, I'm right here ! Very trashy service. All over me, letting my 5 year old take his time picking his chocolate candy. Horrible! No, on, else was there, too!

The dark chocolate turtle had old pecans! The fudge was middle of the road - We only bought one piece and we chose to not finish it.

Didn’t even get to buy anything because before the employee even greeted me he said I couldn’t be in there with my dog. & she’s a service dog.

It’s a candy shop, so naturally it’s awesome! Staff was super cool and friendly. Kids loved it. It was cool to get a 10% discount after showing our receipt from dinner next door. If you wanna nice dental bill and sugar coma, definitely stop in here👍👍🤪

They have the best caramel apples ever! They are always fresh and crisp and the caramel is always so sweet, and not too hard to bite.
My personal favorite is the caramel apples covered in Oreo! They are absolutely delicious. When I come to Monterey I make it a point to stop by and enjoy the sweet goodness of their goodies! Don't pass this chocolate factory by!

I ordered 2 caramels 1.95 and my husband ordered 1 fudge 6.95 which is little high but hey we’re on the wharf… so he said the total was 15.85They tried to charge me twice for the fudge. I said no that’s not right, because I could see the register where 6.95 was entered twice. He said it’s right we charge by the weight. I said no that is not right and refused and then finally he fixed the receipt and charged me the correct amount 8.90. This was no honest mistake or he would have fixed it right away. This seems to be a regular practice there… pay attention!
