Came in for a live scan, Michelle was so great in helping and explaining the process.

I had called several locations and it seems the price for the live scan I need is the lowest/standard here (some places charge a lot more and seem shady like only accept cash which didnt feel comfortable to me with the info they process).

So grateful I came to the MPK Postal Center!

Highly recommend it here! One stop shop and very convenient for livescan, notarizing documents, and mailing stuff out. The owner is really sweet and she helped me so so so much with a very time sensitive issue that I had and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you for your help to the owner and I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Exceptional service! Thank you for helping me on several occasions and having patience. Every visit is pleasant, whether I’m checking my mailbox or shipping products. It’s limited how many customers can enter the store due to COVID regulations so patience is key. Staff are not helpful. They lost my package that was over $500. There response was that they can not do anything. Now I'm paying for a item they lost.
