This brand or shop is not do the right business. Seriously think 3 time before you purchase anything.
Once you purchase any equipment. It is very hard to return. Or impossible to return unless you pay a lot of restocking fee. And never issue a original form of payment. They keep the money and issue credit.
It's meaning, I have to spent all money to them.

And think again for the business organization. A lot of salesman, meaning they have to sell higher price in order to pay all agent commissions.

Check with Webrestaurant or Restaurantsupply. Com etc...
They are way cheaper.

Trying to buy pot for the electric stove that I bought at Costco, it work well with my old pot but it's getting sticky. So decided to buy new one at Action Sale, ask them if the pot I got is right for my electric stove, the check out sales tell me the more expensive one is the right one. Totally trust him is the first mistake that I ever made, put on my electric stove for two hours, water never get boil at all. Went back the check out sales told others that when I asked him its for INDUCTION STOVE, then I show him my old pot he says that it's aluminum pot and the stove I had is electric warmer. Turn out the one he suggested me to get need to use the one that they have in the store or the INDUCTION STOVE that I never mention for it to work.
Well they sure know their stuff, they will up sale their product and at check out tell u that it is no refund no exchange and no return. You better pray that the item u got up sale work the way u think it work, otherwise when u go back and ask them why it don't work, they will say that they thought you mean the stove they have in their store, but the one you have at your business doesn't match the one they have so that's why the pot you buy don't work.
Well the check out sale tell me that their business is very stict, it best not to buy from them.
Well thanks to your advice, I will tell everyone I know it's best not to buy from ACTION SALE

The worst experience for purchase any equipment !! They only want to sell you but won’t work with you if the product doesn’t work out !!

We brought a small warmer back in 2 days because it got too hot as hazardous to our store. We tried it but they insist and said we used it and can’t take it back!

Make sure whatever u buy is what u want because u are stuck with it no matter what u said.

Very selfish store only care about themselves. They won’t work with you if the product doesn’t work out!

Buyer be aware !! Buy from somewhere that they care about your business !!

It's a rarity that I have not found something I am looking for at Action Sales. Excellent restaurant supply place that is open to the public. If you do have a business, you get a 15% discount, which makes their already reasonable prices that much better. They are well staffed and are pretty attentive. Their checkout process can be odd at times, but nothing that wouldn't keep me from coming back time and time again.

Girl answering the phone was amazing, super upbeat and friendly. Guy in charge of sales a complete ass! I don't know if it's a language barrier or what, but he was so eager to get off the phone. Like seriously dude, you have a job because people like myself call looking for commercial items.
