Walked in without an appt. The owner helped me when I did not have my forms printed. I was able to email them to her email and she was able to print it. Finger prints were done fast and paid while filling out paperwork.

I needed a Fingerprint Card (FD-258) done. They took care of it for me and I was done within 15 minutes. Nice, friendly staffs who were very accommodating. Plenty of parking spaces and a blue mailbox in front if you need to send anything off right away. There were lots of appointment times available online too.

I had to get a live scan done to start my own business and the guy was very nice and informative. The ladies at the window were very polite as well. The live scan was quick too. I think they do a good job of scheduling their appointments so you’re not waiting forever like in some other government offices.

Zero customer care here. I had no idea what to expect, since I had never done this before, and while the service I requested was rendered, it was absent any customer care or support. Why is it so challenging for some to simply be kind? There was no greeting, no effort to be friendly or helpful. The office was entirely void of any human kindness. What a miserable place to work! If you have a choice regarding where to go for your service, consider going elsewhere if customer care is at all important to you. Clearly, it is not something valued by the purveyors of this business.

Do not go here. I've done live scan at other locations and these people are by far the rudest. I arrived on time, rang the doorbell as instructed, and no one came out to get me. I rang again and still no one came. I assumed they were busy with someone else as I could hear talking and I did not want to be rude, so I did not ring again.
Eventually the next person came. She ended up spamming the doorbell nonstop and lo' and behold, they opened they door for her. They told me they never heard me ring and refused to honor my appointment.
If you get stuck going here, make sure to spam the doorbell until they come outside, otherwise they will blame you for not trying to get their attention.

The entire process was quick and absolutely painless. Everybody was happy and clearly having fun at work. I can't recommend this office highly enough. I'll absolutely come back the next time I need to get a live scan done.

You go in and are instantly taken by the incredible architecture of the Santa Barbara livescan building. The building has a delightful scent of lavender as you walk through the hallways.before your livescan you are fed a meal of prime rib with a side of homemade perfectly fluffy mashed potatoes. For a drink only the finest red wine. After that you are taken to an incredible magic machine and asked to apply the lotion of the gods. As you place your hands on the livescan machine a dealing of calm overtakes you. You feel at ease knowing that you are being scanned by the best scanners in the industry.

EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Employees are not kind and are ignorant about the basics. Your livescan needs are much better served elsewhere. Lori's Notary & Livescan is one easy solution . The people there are kind, professional and levelheaded.
