We at RMI Railworks have used Trparts for six years now. We are a niche manufacturing company that produces miniature Ride-on-Railroad equipment. Was told I would receive a quote on a very small project and never received one. When I called they asked for a few more days. I gave them a week and a half total and when I called back they said "the owner was on vacation for a week and he was the one handling it." Really? No one in there can do math? It's not hard to calculate material and labor cost. Did not once give me a call about the quote being delayed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
