Do not go here! Terrible service. Needed to mail a prepaid FedEx package so thought I'd go to this local shop. The worker (owner?) instructed me to drop it in a plastic bin sitting on the floor. I asked if I could get a receipt and he said I should just take a photo. Thought this was a little strange but snapped a couple of photos of my package in the bin as well as a shot of the storefront. As I was walking away he opened the door and asked me to come back in and retrieve my package. When I asked why he said because I was taking photos. WTH.

Ended up taking my package to FedEx in Walgreens and they were happy to scan it in immediately and enter my contact info so I could have a receipt and track the package. Never wasting my time with Mail N More ever again.

Horrible service. I mailed a letter I thought was overnight delivery. They gave me no receipt and failed to verify the address. They charged me 47.26 and I didn't know what I was paying for. When I got to my car I realized I had no receipt or tracking number. The package took 4 days to be delivered. Fast forward one week and I had to mail another letter to the exact same place. This time I went to UPS store. They charged me 19.00 and the same envelope was delivered in one day. When I called to question what I had purchased, the owner was rude, kept interrupting me and tried to tell me I mailed it differently when in fact I had not asked for whatever service they gave me. I have no receipt so I have no idea. I do know it costed twice as much and took twice as long to deliver. I will never go to this place again and will be reporting them to the attorney general.

The nicest. I went in for a fingerprint appointment and realized I had the wrong place. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and willing to help me to the best of his ability. It ended up working out and was a speedy process. The kindness really went far for me.

I've used this Mail n More since they opened but most frequently in the last 10years. They've always provided consistently courteous & efficient service at a location really close to home. I've most frequently used their services to ship packages around the country & have used their notary services also. They're a drop off location for ups pickup for Amazon Prime returns that we've really appreciated & used frequently. I always meant to post a review but never remembered to get it done. I'm going for their notary services today & looking up their number saw a low review overall posted. I can't help but think that that must be due to people like me that forget to post about their positive experiences. As many years as they've been in business & the many times I've seen other customers having their needs met in the same way as my family's experienced supports that opinion & I'm sure it'll be just that way today!
