I always use my own bag but cashier charges bag’s fee. It’s only 10 cent but not ethical.
Also at checkout, the cashier overcharged me on a few items. I noticed the discrepancy on the receipt and showed it to the cashier and asked to return the overcharged items. Firstly She claimed the sticker prices were wrong. next paid back the difference.
products are quality that why I gave two stars
Be careful and always check the receipt.
I hope they realize that they will need customers.

This was by far the least professional grocery experience I have had in thousand oaks! We were looking for goat meat and gave them a call 30 mins before we headed to the place to confirm that they had the meat. They replied YES and we informed them that we were coming. When we went to the place, they said they don’t have it, “come tomorrow”. They could have clearly told that to us when I called. Also, a few times we went to the place, they inform us that they will close by 5:30. However, their google information says 6.

Sophia is like a one-man band handling everything with Grace and dignity she's so sweet so patient took the time to answer my question she was by herself and no problem waiting for her to attend someone else and came right back and finish helping me I spent over $100 and it was worth every penny I never buy preseason meat because I am afraid but I did it today and I'm grateful that I did it was so juicy and fresh I will be back

I have been shopping here for years! I have never had a single issue with any one of them especially Sofia, she loves to help customers that is her PASSION…of helping people like you and me!
The store only exists for US! so we do not need to drive all the way to the valley. The owners are very nice and pleasant human beings. Support the store as much as you can…..I am doing my good deed with god, what about you…?

I have been coming to Diar for years. I love seeing all the ethnic foods that I grew up with. They're ready. Dishes are out of this world. I buy the lamb every time I go the place is clean and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Sophia for always taking care of me. Ali is wonderful and always Stands behind his products.

Cashier was rude. Prices are unreasonably high. Last time I went there was 2 - 3 months ago and I promised myself I’d never shop there again. It’s a shame because it’s the only Persian market in the area. Now I drive all the way to Woodland Hills
