RUN!!!!! I purchased their very expensive LED pool lights and had them installed by a lic. pool contractor. Within months the lights began to burn out. I called several times over the last 4 years and now ALL lights do not work. I found out later that the pool lights have a defect in their seal and rarely hold up. My pool man said most of his clients with Pentair lights have experiences major problems. I met someone who works for the Moorpark office and he admitted that Pentair knows they have quality defects but would rather churn a profit and not stand behind their product. RUN!

Professional staff unloading done in 20 mins. they are really fast. doors are tight enough space for maneuver. only one truck can enter or exit from the gate.

I will give them 0 out of 10 for customer service. They do not stand behind their product. Once it sold the warranty meas ZERO. They just want to grab your MONEY. I bought a LE D 5G Pool light and after few days the light faded out. Not happy at all with their service and product.

Their equipment does not hold up to use and their support is nonexistent. Spent 2.5 hours on hold today trying to get a part number for a hose. Recording came on during the music, said they were closed and hung up on me. I’m certain the ppl who work here don’t care about the horrible service and sub-standard chinese products they sell. This is one pool owner who is fed up with massively inflated prices for cheap chinese garbage and crummy nonexistent support. I’m throwing a tablet in a floater. Wish I could say it was a pleasure doing business but not. One more headache gone from my life.

Do not buy anything from this company. Awful warranty service. $1,000 for a pump that lasted 6 months under light use. I had a beautiful pool that is now a frog pond. Words cannot express my ire.
