Cavaletti is one of the best small wineries that I've been to. They make some of the best wines in California. They have a chill spot to try their wines in Moorpark. Definitely worth a trip to try out.

What a gem of a find. I suggest you bring along your own snacks, as they do not have any. We liked every wine we tried. We ended up purchasing the Lopez Vineyard Zinfandel and the Anonymous Cab. Both are terrific wines. This is worth a side trip when you are in the area.

We go wine tasting a LOT, but we have only ever joined two wine clubs before this one. We knew we would be joining this one even before we finished our first tasting. We have yet to find a red here that we haven’t liked. The tasting room is quaint and everyone there is always so nice; going there is a good time guaranteed.

This winery is so worth a visit. I have enjoyed wines from all over the world. And what I love most is when vintners look for something unique and special. If that's your mission too, Cavaletti is the place. From the grape of prohibition, Alicante Boucher, to beautiful fortified wine made from the 1774 Angelica vines of the San Gabriel Mission, what a journey through wine at it best. Take the time, you won't regret it!
