The customer service is terrible! The only way to contact the company is via email and despite the numerous emails I’ve sent, I’ve never once received a reply. I’ve had missing items in my order and damaged items which have never been addressed. I’ve had questions about products and shipping which go unanswered.

The quality of the meat is really good but it’s not worth the headache of being ignored and spending money on missing or damaged items.

Cream Co. Meats....is a very special company. The meat is fresh and the associates there are hard working and dedicated to wat they do.
Having had the opportunity to work with thz group of young professionals.
I wouldnt buy my beef. Produce frm any other place. I have seen these products with my own eyes and the care and quality they put in to each package.
