Made an EVA foam order and was told it would be complete in two weeks and they would let me know the shipping then. After two weeks I was told they needed another week. After three weeks I was told after the weekend. After the weekend I called in and was told it still was not ready. I canceled the order to get it at another distributor as it was taking way too long and shipping was still up in the air with no answer as to cost. I was then yelled at and talked down to and told I (the one waiting for product for my retail store) that I was trying to hurt them and that I could not cancel the order they failed to provide in a timely manner (One month). And then they told me they where going to take my money out of my account anyway. Wow Do not do business with this company. They have awful customer service, can't give a strait answer for shipping, and when things don't work out they resort to threats.
