Gosh, where to begin first off met at the emergency room. All the attendant were very caring very patient and very thorough. Once I went to my regular room and they took me in for my procedure. The nurse on site asked my wife if she had anything to eat and brought her something eat and drink, best care ever. All the people are very attentive, very thorough and most of all very patient. It’s a great place to be if you have a problem but me I’d rather not come back. 🤣

My outpatient surgery experience was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, compassionate, and professional. The surgery was on time, which I really appreciated! As a nurse myself, I chose not to mention it because I wanted an unbiased experience. However, a few colleagues recognized me, which helped me feel at ease. Overall, it was a perfect day given the circumstances.

I spent the night after a knee replacement surgery. From beginning to end it was a very positive experience except for one detail.
All the way from the check-in process, the OR department, the nursing and floor staff, to check out was good. The only detail I had an issue with was that since my surgery had been delayed until 2 PM, by the time I got to my room I was unable to get checked off by a physical therapist. When the therapist came in, he said he was off duty in five minutes and that there would not be anyone there until the following morning. As such, I was unable to get up out of bed during the night to stretch, exercise (walk), or use the toilet. I had to wait until mid to late morning in order to be able to get up.
Other than that, the care was good, the nurses were all professional and knowledgeable, and I felt well cared for.

I had to check myself into this emergency room today, I was definitely not in good shape. Considering my painful situation, I felt I was fantastically taken care of from check-in to me leaving comfortably, several hours later. I thank everyone who was involved with my care, today. I'm truly blessed for Dignity Health - French Hospital Medical Center for making my heart stronger and better from when I was admitted... I had a medical scare a few months back and a family member drove me to French Hospital. I’m happy to say their services were prompt, effective, and also efficient in all areas of the hospital, from admissions to the ward I was quickly and efficiently processed through admissions and escorted to my ward. Just a few minutes went by and I was settled in when my nurse checked my vitals. Thank you French Hospital. It turns out I had had a small stroke, sometime in the 24-36 (or more) hours preceding. I had none of the symptoms I’ve often heard about, so I was very relieved to be taken care of so promptly. I have made a full recovery.

Thought I’d try the medical lab in the Marigold Plaza for a first time since it’s closer to my house from where I’ve been gone in the past.
Went in at 7:30 for bloodwork and left at 9:20. Many people were scratching their names off of the list and leaving for their work frustrated. I was totally shocked myself at the turnaround as well but had the day off so I missed no work, just my precious time. When it was finally my time in the chair the staff person was wonderful, 5 stars. The low number of staff at the early, peak hours though was way too low. Do better Dignity to give proper service or you’ll lose more customers like me. I’m not going back

Always wonderful entry staff and always very relaxing. The Heart scan folks are always nice. The fact they occasionally have a therapy dog in the lobby makes it even nicer. The staff is always cordial and helpful. Phone call today was handled very nice. Love this place!
