Being absentee landlords, we rely on old San Luis friends to recommend various companies when our rental needs work. Recently, the furnace stopped working.. and after reaching out to those friends (one a large electrical contractor) we heard from them all that Pacific Heating was a good way to go for residential jobs. And they were right. Fearing after 35 years, the furnace would need replacing, John, their technician, diagnosed a few problems, replaced some parts and it's now back running. And the cost was quite reasonable. We're now hoping to get another 35 years out of the unit, or something like that 🙂
