My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kieran on a full powder room remodel, which included a shower. Kieran worked closely with us and our designer to ensure the bathroom was completed as envisioned. There were lots of complicating aspects: a hanging marble sink, a hanging toilet with an in-wall tank, a custom window, Venetian plaster, and 3 different kinds of tiles.

Kieran’s attention to detail, professional communication, high quality of subcontractors, and project management sets him apart from other contractors that we had previously worked with. We felt that he treated this project as if it was a remodel for his own home. Kieran is genuine, has high integrity, and is true to his word.

We are much more likely to embark on other remodeling and an ADU because of Kieran. Working with him gives us confidence that our project will be completed to spec, and that we will have a pleasant experience with him, his staff, and his subcontractors.

The only downside to recommending Kieran is that he’ll be more likely to be busy the next time we need to work with him 🙂 We have absolutely zero reservations in recommending Kieran. And we are picky clients that have very high standards on construction quality, project management, and communication. Kieran is perfect and we are so lucky we were introduced to him.

Kieran was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish; we truly cannot recommend him more highly. He and his team handled a gut remodel of our kitchen and bathroom. From our initial meetings to set out scope and expectations, Kieran helped guide us in understanding what was and was not possible given the both the physical constraints of our condo and our budget. He was always available for any and all questions and really helped us form the vision for our remodel. Once construction started, he kept us updated with daily reports and pictures and set realistic expectations for the progress. Because he was so thorough in planning from the start, we didn't have any major surprises. Even when there were a couple of hiccups (like the counter guy somehow sending the complete wrong material), he worked quickly to resolve the issue so there was no added delay. Amazingly, the projects were finished on time and on budget and the results are outstanding. Kieran really knows the ins and outs of every step of the remodel process - from planning to material selection to subcontractors to navigating the impossibly complex world of permitting in SF. We would absolutely work with him again and have recommended him to everyone we know.

From the moment we met Kieran, he always made us feel supported and taken care of. It was our first time remodeling anything and he was extremely communicative and always available for questions, comments, or feedback. It is very obvious that he is as passionate about your project as you are, and his fine attention to detail will ensure nothing goes unnoticed.

We started by not really having a great vision of how to make what we wanted a reality, and he came in with ideas, helped us source materials, and always had our best interests in mind. He was able to advise timelines to ensure our project would continue moving ahead, despite the supply chain issues that everyone faces. He also provided ample documentation and spreadsheets to help us keep track of what we needed, what we had, and to ensure that we were keeping on budget.

He is extremely personable, as is his whole team of subcontractors. If we had any concerns or issues, we were able to easily address them and he handled them immediately.

We still can’t believe how well our vision became a reality and can confidently say Kieran was a catalyst to make that happen. We would recommend Kieran to any and all of our family and friends and we plan on working with him on future projects of our own!

He was quick to respond to our call/emails, would call us almost daily with updates (we weren't living at the remodel site), and provided us with a wealth of knowledge about the best vendors to use in the Bay Area. I recently had the pleasure of working with Broad Oaks Construction to remove a wet bar and all associated parts. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

Kieran and team were incredibly timely - completing the job within a week of our initial exchange. As anyone who has ever undertaken a home improvement project knows, it's not uncommon for costs to spiral out of control. But Kieran was transparent about price breakout from the outset, and stuck to it. This gave me peace of mind and made the whole process much less stressful.
