Avoid this place. Checked in at 2pm ,nothing for 7 hours. Called to check on the order, they said they can't fill the order and the possibility is really thin to get loaded even after midnight. I left at 10pm. They called me next day at 12pm ,said order is ready.. these people are mental.

The dispatch says 6 am to 6 pm first come first serve. I arrived first truck at 10 am. it took 4 people at the front gate to check me in all running to the truck like I was the ice cream man they been waiting for all day. It seemed like it was there first day and did not have any clue what there job was. Is was given 2 different directions buy two different people on where to go from there. I was informed my load would be a while because the packing people did not start packing till 9 am. It is now after 2 and I saw one truck leave the dock.

My team partner when I was as sleep....they send her at wrong place.we are the only truck lol..,then show the picture how she wanted the truck to be loaded they give her thumb up finally doesn't work it was in block should of been possible only 20 palettes but unloaded the truck doesn't come to tell her so end it up putting all forward not the usual 1-2-1-2222...ect ....but I'll give the benefit of the doubt her English is not the best so to anyone always verify 2 end don't take for granted...you have one person who is French and the other who is Spanish and both are not to good in English.....lol so it's like the Babel tower 🤣.
