Horrible service. My husband purchased a recliner chair for his mother not only was it NOT there when it was supposed to be but among the horrible customer service and inexperience at front of store we will not be returning 😑

Terrible! Not only did the employee not know what she was doing and ran a hard credit check on me when I did not want one, but I now have a credit card in the mail that I didn’t want also, after purchasing a recliner for my mother for Christmas, it was not there on time And they tried to give me a used floor model because they did not have it in stock when they told me they did.
