I have been a loyal customer here for nearly three years, spending upwards of $5,000 or more. I upgraded my alarm to the same model as the owner has on his Stingray Corvette. Who, by the way, is a cool guy. I originally purchased a Sony double din and had all my speakers replaced with Kicker and a two 12" enclosed box with 800-watt kicker amp. I upgraded all my speakers from Kicker speakers to all JL Audio a little more than a year later. I recently went to ask about changing my steering wheel to the model that has the stereo and phone controls. Juan, the front desk attendant, told me "It won't work. If your car didn't come with steering wheel controls you can't add them. Buy a car that has them next time." Rude as can be. Due to his attitude, the owner lost a loyal customer for Juan being disrespectful towards me.

My cousin went to this jokers, left the car for a week so they can install an audio system and polarized his windows for 1,900, his car is a stick shift, they messed up the clutch, like they took it for a joy ride, the control on the steering wheel for the volume It's not working, they left the wiring hanging out. He confronted the son which he went and hide from him, and the old men didn't do anything about it. They told him that they were going to sue HIM ( my cousin) really? This people are very incompetent to do their job. My cousin had to paid 1,825 for a new clutch. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOU BUSINESS AT THIS CIRCUS! YOU BE BETTER OFF IF YOU TAKE IT TO THE FLEA MARKET!!!

The service for this place is bad. I own a van for work and the first time I have visited this place, the guy who installed the alarm broke my dutch panel, caused missing screws, and connected the cable wire wrong. The second time have visited, I told what the problem was to the guy in the front desk and got a respond to come in next week. I didn't trust them when they said that and instead went to my local dealership. The guy who worked there stated that the installation for the alarm was horrible.He had to disconnect all the cable management and send it back to the repair shop. I went back the third time to explain what was the problem that the dealership told me. The person who was there at the time told me that he would fix it himself and I would receive a call from them when they are available. They haven't called me in 3 months of waiting.

My car was broken into and someone stole my subwoofer. I told Pacific Audio and Video what happened and they gave me a great deal on an alarm system and a new subwoofer. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for anything audio and video. Thanks again

Owner provides care & concern for the customer. I could not afford his pricing to install alarm / security system, or to add GPS navigation for my car.
He said that he would give me a good price for the labor but that is too high for me. The price of the GPS navigation kit is very near to their labor charge.
I didn't get a break in the total price I would have to pay.

I went in for stereo and speakers in my truck, they fixed the door locks too! Extremely impressed with the work. Very reasonably priced. Clean install. Definitely going back for my other vehicles.
