A really bad experience with this place. They are going on my apps and phone and phishing, malware and basically trying to mess up my apps and phone. Micromanage the employees created a very toxic environment. Treated me like I was a kid when the Owner sends all the employees negative emails everyday. Just set me up for failure. Now they are messing with my personal stuff. Google does have a privacy policy. Really messed up. Asked me to do things that I didn't have access to and then of course I got a negative email. In sales or customer service time is everything. Time and positivity are important in this line of work. I am shocked 😲😳😳😳 of how some people just don't get it.

I have been working with NPP for 8+ years. They have been very good with quick response time and adjusting rates & fees. They have a truly "free" loaner terminal program that has been a fantastic savings feature when the chip became necessary for business owners. In addition to the company being great to work with, my relationship manager Angelina, is very knowledgeable on products/services available. She's a great listener and always willing to see how she can be of help. Great team!!

This is a scam company. Poor customer service, Angelina should do her job better, and stop making clients call customer service(because customer service wasn’t helpful at all. Customer service can’t guide the client to resolve their issues) I have been with NPP for almost two months and my machine hasn’t been finishing set up. The agent was not responding, all I know is Angelina can’t even resolve the issues besides making me call customer service.
And now, when I decided to close up my account. They try to keep my account running till September(so they can charge me more) even though I canceled on the 1st, and they claim that I have been processing 25 transactions on the 1st. I ask them besides my cancellation fees there is anything else. They said they don’t know, but for sure I have to keep my account 1 more month and pay $25 fees since this month's process is under 10 thousand dollars. If I could give NPP 0 stars, I would, because this is a non-responsible company, and try to take your money as much as They can. I was with 3 other processing companies before NPP. In 10 years, this is the first time I got a processing company scammed, and poor customer service like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. There is a lot better company out there!

Staff very rude, specially the Supervisor Charmel, they been charged me for over a year for inactivity fee $15 + $25 for monthly fee. When I request a refund the Supervisor denied. Clearly the statement said” THIS IS NOT A BILL”
Dont recommended this company at all. Im glad to have another merchandise provider.
