The technician Kevin was very unprofessional and disorganized. The appointment times were rescheduled few times. When he came to install the refrigerator door hinges, the one hour job became four hours. He was talking to himself a lot, complaining about his back injury and how much effort he made to come here. He dropped screws, put the hinges upside down and became very rude… I would never use his service again!

Paid 1200 dollars plus delivery on June 9th for a refrigerator that didn’t work from day one. I have had the service guy come three times and failed to fix the problem. I knew I made the worst mistake buying here when the repair guy asked if we had a thermometer to check the temperature in the refrigerator. As an engineer I always carry the tools I need to do my job. Why would a refrigerator repairman not carry a thermometer They gave me a loaner fridge that’s about 15 years old while they got me a replacement refrigerator. I chose a replacement from their floor. The replacement they said had a bad condenser unit....so why the hell is it on your sales floor? They ordered a new condenser and ice maker for it. It was delivered yesterday. Moral of the story I STILL DONT HAVE A WORKING REFRIGERATOR!!! All of this wasted time and the replacements ice maker doesn’t work and the refrigerator isn’t cold. Don’t buy here....I’m calling my attorney.

Seems like a scam. I also paid $800 for a washer that stopped working after 6mos. They brought out another one that's stopped working after 2 months. Now he wants to charge me another $240 to repairs the second machine. Don't waste your hard earned cash on these dishonest people.

Paid these guys to install my OTR Microwave last year. The Microwave went out and we had to buy a new one already. I got someone else to install it this time. When they took out the microwave, they noticed the vent wasn't even hooked up! All the dust, etc was just sitting on top of the unit and the venting exposed without any duct. When I called, someone answered and made me explain what I was upset about then the guy tells me its new owners! I SERIOUSLY DONT BELIEVE THAT! DONT USE THESE GUYS.

Paid $800 for a refer that Manny’s sales/service person “swore” it was great. Thanks “Jessie”. Didn’t work from day one. Came out and gave me some story that he will fix it “no problem”. Now the refer still doesn’t work, I am out $800 and these guys should be put out of business. DON’T GO THERE ! THEIVES !

Great prices and excellent customer service . Refrigerator went out and I instantly went up there and told them my case . I was then directed to an nice affordable refrigerator which I paid for then and had delivered not to shortly after . Even helped me switch out the refrigerators I will definitely be reccomending Newstar Appliance & Repair

Had an appointment for a technician to come to my house from 1:00 to 3:00 no call no show . I called many times nobody answered the phone. Very disappointed in this company
