I was referred to this appliance parts business by Isaac with HB appliance repair. My washer went out, Isaac came to my home to see what the problem was and when he told me a new washer was needed and referred me to Standard appliance parts for a new washer. Robert was great and very helpful, I didn't feel rushed. In fact he told me to take my time and do some research, that was great. Robert is very helpful and from what I could tell honest. Awesome Customer service. Scott helped me out this morning, I don't know anything about A/C units. I saw a video on YouTube and thought, this is easy peezy. Glad I stopped here, turns out I would have changed the wrong capacitor. Scott tested the one I arrived with, and noticed it wasn't faulty. Told him my problem and he quickly looked up my model number, gave me the part I needed. Thanks guys. Glad people still take their jobs to that other level.

A year later I am back! Now for other needs, my furnace went down and I called a local ac repair company and was quoted 16k to replace my whole unit as it was to old to repair. I took the fried board down to these guys, and not only did they have an updated board and an added sensor to update my heater. Was back running for $320

Great customer service. We have a 20 year old furnace that needed a replacement motor. We were able to get this from Standard Appliance. Rick was very helpful and offered to attach the motor to the casing for us. Very grateful for his help and the friendliness of all the staff.
