Zack at glint worked seamlessly to adjust and inform the CAD design of an aluminum sphere. He effortlessly layed down a couple hundred beautiful TIG welds. They accommodated a couple design-build elements with great engineering and machining insight. They even coordinated the powder coating for us. Glint was on time, reasonably priced and conveniently located.

Glint manufacturing was able to cut high modulus carbon fiber plate to the specifications and tolerances I required in a timely manner. Zack was extremely helpful in this process and didn’t hesitate to contact me directly to figure out the best way to suit my needs. This was for a Carbon Fiber rocket which reached an altitude of over 32,000 feet and Mach 3.1. The flight profile required the fins to be cut with extreme precision and accuracy which Glint manufacturing was able to deliver. I was turned down by a few other local places because my project was “too small”. Zack didn’t believe this was the case and had the project finished within 48 hours of my inquiry. I will be doing business with Zack and Glint manufacturing again and hope to explore there other services for my aerospace projects.

Really awesome work. I had a simple job, some small lathed aluminum pieces, and Zack was extremely easy to work with. He ran a test piece to ensure it was up to my specs, and then delivered the whole job early. I had some non-machinist questions about how it all worked, and he walked me through the (impressive!) machines to show how it would be created. I found my new favorite machine shop!

I commissioned a window mullion from Glint and I'm delighted with it. It is a divider for a large casement window, so I could install 3 separate sound-dampening window inserts. I sketched the design and took a guess at best materials. Before manufacture, Zack did a site visit to check the size, fit, and material suitability.
