I have been working with Centerline Precision for 2 years now and have yet to be disappointed. We are a small startup company and often make crazy requests like same-day parts or deliveries at 9pm on a Saturday, and Ricardo and his team does everything he can to get our parts to us. He provides excellent feedback on our designs and we often incorporate his feedback into our prototypes. He has been machining and designing for a long time and we really value his experience. Overall I have been very impressed with the quality and consistency that Centerline has provided and would definitely recommend Centerline to anyone.

The people are warm and friendly, the service is excellent. They took time to answer my questions and provide a real time line for delivery of goods. I give this business a 1 half star for horrible customer service. I have made a walk-in at Centerline Precision Inc. to ask some questions of the services. The front desk lady was rude and not welcome person. I wanted to get some information of the services for my business. and she say "I don't have time for that I have to get to work and walk away.
